Une exploitation tournée vers l’avenir

L’exploitation agricole est dirigée par deux frères : Laurent Hinault qui s’est installé en 2002 et son frère Nicolas qui l’a rejoint en 2016. Ensemble, ils ont développé une exploitation spécialisée dans la production laitière avec une activité cultures. Leur savoir-faire et leur complémentarité ont permis de consolider une exploitation dynamique.

La méthanisation, pour valoriser les ressources disponibles

Depuis quelques années, les deux frères réfléchissent à la diversification de leurs activités en valorisant au mieux les ressources disponibles sur leur exploitation. En transformant le lisier et le fumier en biogaz, ils produisent une énergie renouvelable tout en réduisant l’impact environnemental de leur exploitation. Ce projet s’inscrit dans une logique de durabilité en cohérence avec les enjeux agricoles et environnementaux actuels.

Le photovoltaïque pour compléter la transition énergétique

Dans le même temps, afin de valoriser la surface de toiture disponible et poursuivre leur démarche énergétique, ils ont choisi d’équiper un hangar de panneaux photovoltaïque destiné au stockage du matériel et de la paille. Le bâtiment devient ainsi une source de production d’électricité verte.

Ce projet global illustre la volonté des deux frères de moderniser leur exploitation, de diversifier leurs revenus, et de contribuer activement à la transition énergétique. La méthanisation et le photovoltaïque leur offrent de nouvelles perspectives, tout en renforçant la pérennité de leur exploitation
