Transition écologique

Quel projet du GAEC contribue à la transition écologique ?
Le GAEC des Landelles, implanté sur 460 hectares de terres agricoles, a pris de l’ampleur en 2018 en rapprochant trois exploitations. L’activité principale du GAEC est la production laitière qui s’établit aujourd’hui à deux millions de litres à l’année grâce à un élevage de vaches et de taurillons. Adhérent de la coopérative de Chanteloup, le GAEC a également une activité porcine. Il produit du mais et des céréales pour l’alimentation des animaux. Il cultive aussi des flageolets, des petits pois et des haricots verts. Depuis son origine, ses cinq associés et deux salariés sont engagés dans une démarche d’optimisation énergétique. Ils ont commencé par regrouper les trois troupeaux laitiers initiaux sur un seul site afin d’optimiser les déplacements humains et les frais énergétiques grâce à la construction d’un nouveau bâtiment. La même logique a été appliquée aux troupeaux porcins. Le Crédit Agricole Atlantique Vendée a facilité le financement de ces deux constructions. En 2022, le GAEC a le projet d’installer deux lots de panneaux photovoltaïques sur les deux bâtiments.

Le Crédit Agricole Atlantique Vendée est un partenaire de confiance du GAEC des Landelles. Son expertise du secteur agricole et des installations photovoltaïques a permis d’étudier la pertinence du projet. Le Crédit Agricole Atlantique Vendée finance l’installation des panneaux et l’aménagement des bâtisses existantes. Les panneaux produiront environ 250 KwC qui répondront aux besoins énergétiques de l’exploitation. Un surplus d’électricité sera revendu aux opérateurs électriques.
